Creating a user journey map is essential to gain a holistic view of the customer's experience from awareness to loyalty. It helps us understand customer needs, identify pain points, and uncover opportunities for improvement at each stage.

By visualizing the entire journey, we can design more user-centric services, enhance customer satisfaction, and foster long-term relationships. Additionally, it aligns internal teams towards a common goal of improving the overall customer experience.
